Run don't walk from spending any money with this company. Coming back from injury I decided to try their bike via their lease program. I paid for 12 months and decided to end the agreement. After wasting over an hour with three phone calls and never able to get to anyone who could help me I tried via the app and then the website to cancel the engagement. I was told on four separate occasions via message that I would be contacted by someone in their inside sales department to help end the agreement. After that never happened I contacted them to finally get a ridiculous lease buyout price that of course I had no other option except to pay. Otherwise they would destroy your credit. You are much better off to buy a quality bike from a local Fitness Store and simply use your phone or tablet to find something to watch while you work out.
