Pep Boys corporate executives are so cold hearted that back in January 3rd 2020 they caught my truck on fire and fishers Indiana and after 10 months they want to Total it and not give us even a vehicle or enough money to get us a used vehicle and take away the rental so we have nothing not even a way to go to work yes they may have given us money before that was supposed to be for a back wages the money we were missing out because they caught are truck on fire and for our aggravation and we were thinking our truck was going to be fixed couldn't find out they only need one more part to fix our truck and they want to stop it and consider it totalled but like I said that I just hope whichever corporate executive is making all the decisions on this I hope you can sleep at night knowing that you're leaving somebody without a vehicle that had a vehicle and they went into Pep Boys nothing but negligence and your guys' money was only supposed to be for our lost wages and our aggravation because we couldn't pay our bills because we couldn't work because they caught our truck on fire now to this date January 2023 like I said they want a total our truck and leave us with nothing wasn't like I was trying to get a brand new vehicle I just wanted enough money to get us something used so we had a vehicle so my husband could go to work I've never seen so much corporate greed in my life or no compassion for anybody if you guys were in my situation you would probably feel the same I just don't understand how you could do this to somebody or they lose everything but I'm going to put you guys all over the news and then with no comment probably from you because you won't have a comment because you know you're doing wrong I was a customer never again you in corporate are so cold-hearted I guess that's why it's corporate greed it shouldn't matter how much you spent already to fix the vehicle and how what little bit of money you paid us it's only your insurance so nothing's coming out of your pocket so I don't understand why you people have to be that way to people is that why that Pep Boys is being sued all over the United States. I hope the corporate executive that's making all these decisions can sleep at night knowing that he's leaving a person without a vehicle so they can go to work I hope you're happy with yourselves. I just wish one of you guys a corporate when are you executives was in my situation where you didn't have a vehicle to drive to work and on the verge because I can't work being homeless because that's exactly what's going to happen without transportation I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart thanks.
