Before leaving for the trip, I got information about Covid-19 from qater ,airways costumer service,he said that Qater airways is no mandatory for covid -19 ,why your staff demanding me for PCR Test at the time of check in I, didn't have at that time ,the QATER STAFF refused me to go to Pakistan ,i argued with them, your customer service misguided me , what are the customer services responsibility of QATER airways , they should provide every end of information about QATER air ways policies for travelers ,I HAVE FINANCIAL AND MENTAL LOSS,LET QATER AIRWAYS COMPENSATE ME
I had flight Houston to Karachi Pakistan on May 5th 2023,two days before leaving for airport, I asked the customer service of Qatar Airways whether the covid vaccination is mandatory or not for journey, they said its not required for Qatar Airways, when I stood in the front of checking staff asked me show your covid test report, i was surprised because I didn't have the covid test report, they denied ti check in ,now Qater airways charging $650 for plenty for new rebooking, it's a not my fault, because Qater airways customer service person gave me wrong information about covid so why should I recovers this loss. Qater airways staff is misbehaving to me and not cooperate with me
