The worst customer service ever! I asked where was customer service located? I sorry, we cannot give out this information but you can take my information and money. What is so secretive about the location. Why don't we have CSR in the United States?

The worst ever! Bunch of scambags! They will just hld your funds, will never explain why or how to fix it! You can call or chat, nothing will happen. They will waste your time and never fix the problem! Stay away!

This has been a horrible experience with QuickBooks customer service!

I called three times to QuickBooks regarding the partial payments. I received a call from my customer saying that the invoice was showing as paid. I opened the invoice, which had a balance, but QuickBooks showed in the email as paid. No help with this problem!

The second problem was that one of my customers disputed a transaction. The QuickBooks transaction said disputed. I called today, and the person who answered couldn't find my account or the transaction. She logged in to my computer and saw the transaction. She said that I gave her the wrong account number. After 45 minutes she said to contact our customer and ask her what happened because she couldn't see any dispute!

It was really hard to get support before, but they have made it even worse. Now they are no longer available on the weekends. They call you and if they don't reach you, they tell you to call back and leave your line open so that can call you whenever they fele like it! Don't they know that we are busy?

I signed up last year with a new account as directed by QB rep. I had a previous account the year before. With the new account , I signed up for Clean-up and bookkeeping services. The Clean-Up did not want to take on the account, because all my data was in the old account. I was directed to cancel the new account and go back to the old account. I did cancelling the new account, clean up and bookkeeping. This is a year later and I have been refunded all the money except for a bookkeeping fee they charged in July.
The cancellation of new account, clean-up and bookkeeping was within one week. Quickbooks continued to charge me bookkeeping fees for 6 months. They never did any work because no data was ever inputted into the new account. They never did anything but charge withdrew money from my bank account for fees never incurred.
It has been a ridiculous going around in circles to get my money back!

My company is currently paralyzed by Quickbooks. No one can seem to help my situation which seems pretty basic. I have spent hours on the phone with QB representatives and two times they representatives have closed out my case # after an escalation to their "upper level" and "management" has not been able to resolve the issue of not being able to subscribe after someone canceled our subscriptions. I have spoken with Marsha (no help), a Michael (no help) and a Michelle, who I am currently on the phone with for more than an hour now. Everyone I have spoken to thus far does not know how to solve the error. I have very little confidence in this company!!

Does not even deserve one star - Call support or have them call you, you get tier one people, nice enough but know absolutely nothing. When you ask to speak to someone in a specific department you get bounced around and ultimately back to a tier one person who knows nothing. For simple questions expect a 2 hour or longer phone call. If you can find a different accounting software to buy into. QB- Intuit has out grown actually giving service to their users.

I am so sorry I ever adopted QuickBooks for my company many years ago. It is a ruthless company that makes its money with the expensive app and high fees to update to a newer version. Their support is minimal and I urge people to find another company that is more ethical.

2021 sucks. 1 in 10 "Experts" might have some knowledge. Have spent hours on top of hours trying to get issues fixed. Have asked for a refund so I can move on after many years. Probable still be looking from my grave.
