They constantly change the billing cycle. If you mail check in weeks in advance of due date they get late fees. No phone number on website to call. Have to talk to robot who only gives a few seconds for you to write your issue. Ugh?
This is the worst company to get water from. The customer service consist of people who do not comprehend so if you have any issues they cannot answer your questions.
