I’m on autopay. Apparently my method of payment was changed unbeknownst to me. My June payment was rejected. I called and was told that couldn’t be, but the rep proceeded to read off an account number that wasn’t mine. That was rectified, I thought, however, I received a late charge. I called and am battling it out now because “RGE has clamped down on waiving late fees”. I’m on effing auto pay. Since RGE was sold to a conglomerate, they are underhanded and slimey
