Went to order my weekly cat food and was informed that I can only have five bags that's it I have been buying Purina cat Chow from you for over 10 years and now all of a sudden it's limited to five bags per membership I want to know why
Check out line too long, checkout employees taking forever. Checkout employees chased me threatening to fight me. A guys name’s Sean threatened me and he is getting paid by Sams club to fight employees, it is not my style I am not a violent guy, I was trying to get to my vehicle you are welcome to look at the cameras.
I am the customer, employees did not stop to listen my concern, they were combative and lack of professionalism.
Sams club policy is to hunt down and thread customers that pay for membership and for groceries. We pay their salaries and they abuse of customers.
Bad customer service, I returned my groceries. Sams club doesn’t have respect for customers.

Was in dams club in Gulfport ms their stupid sweeping machine was all over the store I was looking at some clothing and it came down the aisle and almost hit me I am in a wheel chair and couldn’t move it jammed my group in and would not move my care taker escaped and found an employee she said y’all back out and it will go about its business we’ll we couldn’t get out because people were piled up behind us I was so mad finally all the people behind us started to move out so we could finally get out of the aisle wasted a good ten minutes of my time might not sound like a lot to mist people but it’s not very often that I can get enough people to take me shopping ruined my day caretaker talked to ass manager he said he would get someone to look into itdont know if he did we left
