Terrible customer service. They promoted "preferred shoppers" and I got a GREAT ONE. For over a year, she consistently got my weekly orders perfectly, knew my preferences, was EXCELLENT. They stopped offering her my orders. They'd give my order to some random guy who didn't get it and didn't care. The tip I'd left was for the caliber of my preferred shopper, so I had to let the tip afterward. If Shipt doesn't care how I feel about this matter, they don't get my business. As of Nov 1, my account is terminated.
