Awful experience with this finance company. I paid my loan off within the 100 days so I wouldn't be charged any extra interest only for them to say I input the wrong bank account number. This is a scam for them to get more money from you. They will allow you to edit your credit card info on the customer portal, but you can't put any of your bank account information on the same portal. Why??? I paid on a Tuesday, but didn't get the notice that the account number was wrong until the following Monday morning. I know that the banking system works much quicker than this. Immediately I called to find out what went wrong and that I fully intended to pay and get the discount. They told me they couldn't provide me with the notice from the bank that the number was incorrect and also that I couldn't pay by a bank account now and it had to be with a credit/debit card. The worst part was I had to pay the interest that accrued within that time because the 100 days had passed. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE & CROOKED! it was an additional $200.00. I would never finance with this company again and warn others of their unfair practices. As further proof of their horrible business, after I made the payment by card I received a fraud alert from my bank. Obviously, they are not a credible business!
