Spectrum is absolutely pathetic in every way. We've had bad TV reception for 3 months with no improvement. Technician after technician after maintenance trucks (for 6 times) have come to fix the problem. THEY HAVEN'T! Customer Service is non-existent. 20 somethings who don't seem to know where they are, let alone what they're doing there. What a shame there is limited competition for them.

I had spectrum home internet but because there sealman put me on missed communication and today I got to know they had been charging money for home phone service over a year,,, unfortunately I have my business account also with them but I’m going cancel all the my accounts with them !! Bcoz they didn’t help me at all , it’s one of the worst and cheapest company I have ever seen ,, I highly recommend don’t go with them

With a recent passing of our beloved pet paying my bill on time wasn’t on my forefront of my thinking . Thousands spent to try and save her , another 400 to have her cremated. Her ashes still sit on my kitchen table still trying to coupe. A phone call to customer service and was told , just pay your bill on time and we won’t bother you. Like nobody has ever been late paying a bill before . 4 days past my date and this is the BS I am told . Called back today after I cooled down , explained was has happened here and on the phone call . She apologized and offered me a whole 10 dollars for my troubles . These people are the most insensitive souls I ever dealt with . I would wish for every one of them to lose their pets but I wouldn’t wish that on anyone

Spectrum has a bad reputation but you need to come to Southern Pines, NC. Ms. Delores McPhaul is the best customer service rep anywhere! We so appreciate the time she took to help us with our new phone purchase and set up. She acknowledged every person who walked in the door (and it's a big place!) and had a smile the whole time. Any time we've needed to use in-store help, the employees have always been extremely helpful! Kudos to Ms. McPhaul.

I got onto Spectrum last August with a bundle for WiFi and Mobile; The company started to double bill me in the Mobile area which took a while to correct. They sent me a check for the difference after a long struggle with uninformed service reps. The Double billing has started again and once again, I have tried to speak with uninformed service reps which has been fruitless. Terrible customer service; they seem to get away with it. Ironically, they want to be rated I have to give them one star to get this published.

Horrible customer service. Returned a tablet 3 week ago and never got refunded yet. Always says 7 more days and they put you on hold and never come back. Everyone pays to much money for a company to treat people like this.

They lie they told me our phones were compatible. They walked us through the setup and then said that they were not. My wife and I both work from home and have not had phones for 3 days. I even spoke to a lead manager she lied said she would call me back and crickets never heard from her she was going to listen to the phone call I had with the sales person who said my phones were compatible. Stay away if you need your phone they are crooks and legal action should be taken, leaving people without phones that depend on them for work. They are crooks!!!!°
