I've been a loyal spectrum customer. I have 3 households with Spectrum Service. I've been trying to install new service at a different residence for the last week. However the house where I want to the new service requires the cable be run to the house. Spectrum has made 2 appointments for the installation to the house and has been a no show both times. I have changed our schedule both times to accommodate the schedule. I've called to confirm multiple times and have been assured on all occasions the "construction team" will be there. They never showed on both occasions. I've been told the construction team will call me with an ETA. They never call. I'm at a loss as to how to proceed as it's the same routine no matter who I call or who calls me. I was a loyal Spectrum customer until I actually needed new service installed. Can someone just please connect me with someone that can handle getting the service installed to my house and actually show up and do the work in the manner that Spectrum commits to. If this is beyond Spectrum's capability, please just tell me. I'm OK with hearing there's no service in my area or you can't get service to my residence. Just please stop making commits and not following through. Additionally, you already sent me a bill for a service that can't be activated as there's no service to the house. Please pull back this invoice.

Spectrum sucks, I don’t want autopay because it depends if I have money in my account. I can’t pay on July 24th, because I am late with two payments but with autopay spectrum gets money and don’t care about customer other bills as long as they get their money.

Completely and utterly fed up and dissatisfied!! After spending hours upon hours on several phone calls to have my plan changed to lower my bill - they confirmed my changes and then three days later they canceled it!! All the while overcharging me and taking advantage!! I’m pretty much hostage to them since we actually need some of their services because of the rural area we live in! But they will not listen to their paying customer and actually do what I ask!

Spectrum has the worst customer serive i have ever had. I have been fighting on the phone with them for 2 days to get the to release my 2 mobile phone numbers to my new carrier. I will tell everyone i know that y'all are terrible company. And not helpful at all. They just transfer me to other depts, then they hang up on me.. so over it at this point I'm just going to give my numbers up that i have had all my adult life and get ones! It's very sad how you treat customers that pay on time and was never late.. the hell with spectrum. i will be turning them into better business bureau.
