Horrible customer service. Returned a tablet 3 week ago and never got refunded yet. Always says 7 more days and they put you on hold and never come back. Everyone pays to much money for a company to treat people like this.

They lie they told me our phones were compatible. They walked us through the setup and then said that they were not. My wife and I both work from home and have not had phones for 3 days. I even spoke to a lead manager she lied said she would call me back and crickets never heard from her she was going to listen to the phone call I had with the sales person who said my phones were compatible. Stay away if you need your phone they are crooks and legal action should be taken, leaving people without phones that depend on them for work. They are crooks!!!!°

We have dinner with a group of 10-16 people on Fridays and the conversation turned to ads on television. The new Spectrum ad came up and the ENTIRE group talked about how annoying it is, how they turn to another channel until it's over and they wouldn't buy the product that was being advertised. It was voted to be the single most disgusting ad on television. Perhaps you might consider firing your marketing people and getting something palatable on the tube.

Why is it that you have subscription for Spanish speaking people at a lower price that offers only Spanish channels but you don't do the same kind of service for everyone else?
Are you intentionally trying to say the rest of us are not good enough to have the same deal or the same right? What you are doing is discriminating against every other race by doing that.

I have stayed with Spectrum only because i hate learning another way to go. BUT!...I am about to change because Spectrum in my area has the WORST customer service people i have ever dealt with. Even when they installed it , they were ao wreckless with my home be aise they didnt want to do it properly. BUT I was in no shaoe since im sick and disabled ....to have to go stand again for 2 hoirs waiting to get help. Its not due to them being busy theu are not wanting to help any one they pass the buck ...so i have stayed with Spectrum when service is good its real good but when its bad its very bad and its bad more than its good. If you call you will wait for an hoir and then be cut off if theu dont have an answer and when or if you call to stop service which my daughters did for their home the people are rude and you finally get it done but it takes more than an hour. If theu have an issue which i recenlty did...i asked for a new modem 3 years ago the guy was bringing it drove in my drive way and proceeded to tell me oops sorry i used yours on my last call. So you can go to the offi lce and pick one up ...WHAT???? So i did go took 2 hoirs to get it but had to instal it myself is Spectrum paying me a 70 year old woman to do this hell no ...so as soon as i can find some one that can come the day i get rid of this one im done with Spectrum. This area has horrible customer service they are rude and inconsiderate im sure im not the only one to complain.... i have installed this thing as it said , but it starts and stops I shouldn't be charged for service i do not receive. They also said on the WEB site because i was going to cancel my service that i needed to schedule an apointment for someone to come fix something they saw ...not a call ...not an email .mmmtheu wrote it on the web site.....how was i supposed to know this. So i try to call i sat on the phone for an hour then it hing up ...so im going to start looking for better servicenow. I am very unhappy with this

I recently moved from an apartment in San Bernardino Ca to an apartment in Hesperia Ca. My account was supposed to transfer but instead a new account was opened. The prior bill was 280.00 the billing cycle was for Sept 15 to Oct 15 I moved out Oct 6. When I thought I transferred my account i was told my balance for prior acct was 0. I called today and was told by a very rude supervisor that because the billing already posted and you don’t do prorate I had to pay that whole bill even though I didn’t live there the whole month. I can’t believe that you think that is the right way to treat customers and your supervisors could care less and let me know by her tone.

I received a postcard from Spectrum directing me to replace my modem. The link they provided rejects my request. So, I sent Spectrum an email to support@spectrum.com and received this response: "The response from the remote server was: 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.". I can't imagine how Spectrum could have worse customer service but I will probably find out.

After speaking to numerous customer service representatives from July 15, until today, in which representative Jasmine at ( 833-267-6094) who gave me ticket # 54573027 assisted me with my original request!
I can now continue to feel as if I am a valued customer of Spectrum! Thank you Jasmine for giving World Class Customer Service!
