Spirit delayed flights until for over 9.5 hours. I was left sitting on the tarmac for over 2 hours. Flight finally left at 1:40 am when it should’ve left at 4:20 pm. Arrived at Manchester NH AIRPORT AT 4:30 am and it was closed. A crew member told me NONE of the bags were ever loaded on the plane but would be coming in on Dec 28. Bags never came. Because I didn’t file a lost bag claim, Spirit has told me I’m screwed and will not be compensated in any way nor will they look for my bag. As far as they are concerned, I didn’t make the 4 hour deadline so I’m out of luck. I called several times to get this resolved and was told the exact same thing. Yes we didn’t load the bags but you didn’t report it lost within 4 hours so there is nothing we can do. Outrageous!!! Piss poor customer service. Even the number for corporate is bogus. I’m going to look into any legal action I can take. They can’t keep their own schedule yet passengers, after being jerked around for days, are expected to file claims in a closed airport within4 hours???

All the other airlines would direct me to a new page and cause hassle. However, Spirit Airlines Corporate Office Miramar FL phone number was stable throughout and made the booking process simplified and easier to handle.
