I purchase a bunch of chestnuts 🌰 at Squaire rd in Revere Ma , 99/100 come out rotten after cook it …..bad real bad ! 😡😡

I love stop and shop. But if you are open on thanksgiving day. I will boycott your store. Employees have been having it off for years. It’s a shame. Every place else is closed. If anyone needs anything there are small convenient stores open.

This morning I went into the Newport Avenue location to pick up a few things. This location is closest to my house and it’s we do the bulk of our shopping. In the yogurt aisle there were Stop & Shop price signs that indicated the Chobani zero sugar yogurt was one dollar. I picked up one dozen and went through the self check out and they still came up full price toward the end. I called over the attending person who was very nice but very adamant that they weren’t on sale, she flipped through the flyer and said that it was the yogurt shakes which weren’t even near the actual yogurt. I got aggravated and decided to leave and I left my groceries there. I wasn’t interested in purchasing anything I went back to the yogurt aisle to make sure that I had seen it correctly and had taken a photo. I went back to the customer service area where a very kind employee paged a manager for me , the manager who came over didn’t introduce herself. I introduced myself to her and told her and showed her the picture and her response was it probably was the particular yogurts not all the flavors I’ve been shopping with Stop & Shop for many years and I’ve never seen random flavors of a particular brand of anything markdown. Usually if it’s a mark down there pool to one side, so everybody can figure out that those were sell through. She shrugged her shoulders when I had told her that and also when I told her, even if there were only certain flavors that were a dollar the particular sign was on two of the flavors that I purchased in those did not come up as a dollar she shrugged her shoulders again and said sorry And I’ll I can give it to you . I told her not to bother she shrugged her shoulders again said sorry I told her she really isn’t sorry so don’t bother saying that any longer. I would suggest that first of all you get your pricing department in line because that is a problem when something is mismarked and nobody’s taking any ownership for it but you also speak with that person Who came to me and was less than professional and less than accommodating what a ridiculous waste of my time .

After having a root canal I went to the Stop N Shop pharmacy located at 1351 Forest Avenue in Staten Island, N.Y. They could not give me the antibiotic that day because they did not have enough. I was told to come back the next day after 12. I came back and the pharmacy is closed for lunch after 12. I guess I’ll have to not get my medication and hope for the best. I’ve made sure to contact my union representative to make a note of this since I work a safety sensitive job that if something happens because I make a mistake because of an infection the lawyers know who to go after.

When is Stop and Shop going to give consumers edible food. They have on their shelves quarts of Apple Juice labelled Dec. 2022. It is now March. I just threw out one of the toughest strip steaks I have ever eaten, and it goes on and on. Thankfully there is a Shaws in the area. My family and friends will not be shopping at Stop & Shop any longer. What garbage they foist on the public!
