HERE IN TEXAS WHERE I LIVE SUDDENLINK IS RIDICULOUS. THEY DON'T PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS NEEDS UP FRONT. THEY'LL SCHEDULE A SERVICE CALL AND THE TECHNICIAN DOESN'T EVEN PUT FORTH AN EFFORT TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER TO LOCATE AN ADDRESS. THEY'LL CANCEL YOUR APPT WITHOUT NOTICE. THIS IS SO SADDDD. I'VE BEEN WITHOUT SERVICE FOR A WEEK BECAUSE OF THEIR SHOTTY WORK. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED NOT ONCE BUT IT'S HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES.
