TGI Fridays, I went to Framingham MA, the lunch went horrible. So I contacted the manager who said that they would send me a $25 gift card although I was asking for a full refund of $62. Then they send me a gift card by email. Went to redeem it and it had no founds, I email the customer service ppl, it took 3 months to get a card, went to NH and guess what? No founds on the gift card. Twice this happend. TGI Is a big chain. Instead of sending empty gift cards put that energy to serve and cook the meals better.
