I’ve tried every method but not results.. I purchased items in October and had to return due to fault of your own where wrong items were sent. However I am still waiting for refund and all I’m being told is held due to backlog
First was asked proof of purchase then proof of returns all evidence has been sent but still I’m waiting for months.. hope someone can help
