I need to file a complaint very upset at customer service
I filled my taxes paid 29.00 Federal and 39.00 state. 4 Feb
saw a free tax return and called your phone to discuss this.
was told that don't worry a request for the refund would be done. later 6 or 8 days called twice and was told takes 7 to 10 days should receive refund by Feb 17th if not call. called this past week again and was told that other representatives were giving wrong information. have to fill out a form requesting the refund which filled out and sent it online. The next day I received an e mail stating not approved. i called your office and asked for a Supervisor put on hold for ever and then be told they cant transfer to supervisor. there are none to take any calls.
go to chat and explains situation and did. Chat is automated and cant ask question.
'm very upset and want a refund. y tax return very simple we are both retired and live on Social security. this started 4 Feb and the misinformation is insane. have used your product for many years but wont use you again unless refunded the 78.00'
I have an account with turbo tax for at least 8 years. In 2022 I did my taxes. I found out then turbo tax deactivated my account. Now I can’t get my account at all. Turbo tax deactivated my account without telling me. Very bad customer service .

Turbo tax sucks in lack of communication among their foreign males India employees and their white males employees both lacks matured mannerisms and lacks in support information towards their job and their attitude demeanor is quite negative, perhaps due to their pay being below average, very low below average.
Turbo tax been doing our taxes for 5 years.
Try calling corporate headquarters office at 650 944-6000
The automated systems says if you want to speak to a operator press zero. I press zero after 20 seconds they hang up on you. try 4 times.
Will not use Turbo tax again.
Very Sad call 800 446 8848.
Listen to a automated system and enter the information and request to speak with a live person. the system hangs up.
I have purchased Turbotax 2021 as the attachment indicates, however, I have been unable to download the current (2021) Turbotax version. I received the following email indicating that I could download Turbotax. Each time that I go to this site to download, I get the download for Turbotax 2019.
I have called Turbotax by phone without any success. They said I should wait a few days, and retry the link which I have done several times. I either want a refund to my credit account or the correct link to Turbotax 2021. Thank you!!!!
Please advise as soon as possible or I will Dispute the above change.
