From the time we got there at 10am opening, we were lied to. First of all we will be right with you. Almost an hour of waiting and we got called finally. Then the deals advertised that we went in for, weren’t really what you advertise. No free phone and no 29.99 phone plans. All a come on to get people in the seats. The tech was nice enough and helpful but I think by the time you get service you just are fed up with all of it. I have had service with you for over 30 years and you don’t offer anything to help us long time customers. I waited for a new phone offer for years and when I finally bought one at full price a deal for a free phone comes out. I think US Cellular should give some kind of discount on my bill for my wait time. Free activation on our new number at least. Thank you and hire more people in the Grants Pass office so people don’t have to wait so long.
