Your customer relations are horrible as I cancelled Ubisoft+ September 1 and y'all still took the money. There is no where on your site and on my account that shows I have Ubisoft + . I cancelled auto pay on Xbox yet y'all took it out again last night. Congratulations on robbing an old old guy on a fixed income. I will cancel my debit card and change my account number and I'll be calling AARP and call the security team at my bank for theft. So y'all owe me $36 ya bunch of thieves.
