Our names are Renee Phillips and William Phillips II. We booked a flight to Munich for 12/6. Confirmation # HQ1F3V. Munich has closed or limited quite a few activities that we were traveling to participate in. We called customer care, the gentleman was very patient with us. He said we would be charged a 300$ Change fee. We did not think we should be charged since we upgraded our seating and premier access. So we weren’t a basic economy customer. We did not want to spend $300, but decided to do so since we were going to get a voucher for the ticket price. He charged us the 300$. THEN we found out that the $972 spent to upgrade the tickets would not be refunded. So now we would lose 1200$ . That is totally unacceptable. We expect to get a voucher that includes the $972.35 , which would bring the voucher total to 2396.35$ My phone # 540-447-0004.
