Customer Service is very unprofessional. If you call and they can’t explain your account, they hang up on you, refuse to get a supervisor or put you on hold and never return to your call. I guess banks are so happy that someone wants to work, until they will hire anyone.
Waited on phone for 15 minutes after arguing with a computer for a live person then i could hardly hear the person and my hearing is fine when i told them they hung up on me and i had to go thru the whole thing again !

ATM shorted me $100 on a transaction and they refuse to tell me if they have looked at pictures or watched video. They just denied the claim and I wasn't informed of that until 7 people and 2.5 hrs later of being on hold and transferred. I was told by the branch, where I have been a customer for over 20 years, that Visa took care of the ATM machines. $100 may mean nothing to them but it is grocery money for me! I don't appreciate being treated like a liar when I have NEVER filed any kind of claim like this! I NEED MY MONEY!! YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!
I went into the brand in pleasant view tn this morning and tried to get my card fix where they had put some kind of fraud alert on it I tried to speak to the teller who was very rude and told she was busy after stand there forever I spoke to the manager who looked like he just came out of the tobacco field and he said he did not come to work today to listen to me bitch at him! BRITTNEY FROM CINCINNATI. AMAZING. Reached her when I called 1800-872-2657 (the customer service number). Um...someone needs to promote this Lady immediately to Head of Customer Service Relations, or something befitting for an employee of this caliber. Excellent. In just a few minutes, she helped me with the banking transaction, and even guided me through how to clear my computer of what was blocking the transaction. She solved 10 problems for me in 5 minutes. Friendly, willing, helpful. Snag her with a promotion, I say! S.Mosher, California.
Absolutely the worst online platform ever. They block me from transferring my money. When I called the help line - this so ridiculously funny - the online customer server says why would we block you from making a transfer? I say to make money on my money. She says how would we do that? I'm like what? by investing my money, by making loans. Bad customer service and stupid people. Does she even know what a bank does?

I have a lot of problems with US Bank just to make a payment. Your teleprompter is malfunctioning and keeps hanging up on me.. in order to speak with a agent I have to wait over 1 hour on hold. Your customer service sucks!!!
