BRITTNEY FROM CINCINNATI. AMAZING. Reached her when I called 1800-872-2657 (the customer service number). Um...someone needs to promote this Lady immediately to Head of Customer Service Relations, or something befitting for an employee of this caliber. Excellent. In just a few minutes, she helped me with the banking transaction, and even guided me through how to clear my computer of what was blocking the transaction. She solved 10 problems for me in 5 minutes. Friendly, willing, helpful. Snag her with a promotion, I say! S.Mosher, California.

Absolutely the worst online platform ever. They block me from transferring my money. When I called the help line - this so ridiculously funny - the online customer server says why would we block you from making a transfer? I say to make money on my money. She says how would we do that? I'm like what? by investing my money, by making loans. Bad customer service and stupid people. Does she even know what a bank does?

I have a lot of problems with US Bank just to make a payment. Your teleprompter is malfunctioning and keeps hanging up on me.. in order to speak with a agent I have to wait over 1 hour on hold. Your customer service sucks!!!

My mother is doing a refi it has been over 3 MONTHS, great credit ,equity in the house,740+ credit cash assets..Mr Wind you talk about seamless refi.. talk to your people please..No communication as far as refi team in California.. why is it taking so long ? should we go to another lender?..Tom we used to live in St Louis (show me state) philip195276@gmail or cell 408-840-5986 please help thankyou.

Have over $6 K in my banking account and two utilities drawing on it ever month. Letter from St Louis asks me to increase activity or close my account. One has to wonder what business school their managers attended?

Horrible customer service.. they hang up the phone.. put my account in Fraud status just because I requested to close the credit card .. put me on hold for 10 minutes.. I never recommend this bank

Terrible customer service. They have been sitting on my payoff check for 2 months and every time I call in they have to send a "request" to "that department" to "look into" why my payment hasn't been processed which takes another 7 business days every time I call to inquire and I can only get feedback about the results by mail. Very disappointed. I advise to never do business with this bank.

All people of color must stop banking here. The bank managers are racist. This is a reflection of the corporate culture.
