The handling of my accident claim was unsatisfactory in most respects. The adjuster almost never answered my calls or responded to voice or emails. I was in the dark on process and progress. Almost three months after the accident I was told that claim was paid to lease holder. A week later I received a letter from lease holder that collection action would be started since my insurance company had failed to make payment. This was in error but USAA did nothing to ensure that everything was settled. USAA has always offered low cost car insurance but now it’s matched with low quality member service
