There is NO rating for the Zephryhills post office in Florida. They are the worst post office I ever dealt with. They DO NOT answer their phones often or early or last in day. Mailman cannot get the mail to the right house. I got 2 different addresses to my house and they DO NOT live in my sub. Can’t you do something to them to make it better for your customers. They DO NOT stop your mail when you ask, have to try and get through to have them stop to hold it Please help the customers
My mailbox was knocked down 5 times in front of my home I replaced my mailbox and placed it on the fence to keep from getting damaged a six time I HAD A NASTY ,DISRESPECTFUL MAILWORKER TO COME OUT AND STARTING CURSING AND telling me she will not give me another piece of mail and she will hold my mail for ten days and send it back after that if I don't place the box back to the street after trying to speak with a supervisor she e had me to wait outside for about 1hour 30 minutes before speaking with me. She was no help. This is MLK in Miami Florida been trying to reach several managers unsuccessful.

the usps is the most worthless out of control money laundering organization in the country today....there is no way to contact any one to get help with missing and stolen mail no local PO answers the phone , packages just "disappear" and no one is responsible, no one returns email inquiries..there is no number that leads directly to a human that will take responsibility for the actions of the employees and the organization..."it all pays the same" is the motto of the usps....tax payers have no recourse to your neglect and maleficence.
My packages were stolen and they didnt investigate i have my proof. My packages came from China and they put another label over the original sending company from a person in California but put the coupon papers fro thr originated company and only sent it. Because it said delivered they dont want to investigate but im not giving up.
Absolutely a joke .. 2 packages in 2 months they stoled or saposed lost .. do not use usps because if they like what someone is sending you they steel it and it will never get to you
