Customer service is subpar. They are not customer oriented. Ive waited for almost 4 months for a refund. Merchant tried to deposit refund bc it showed on the app but it wasn’t accepted. I They claim it never happened. The a month or so later I received a check
That I tried depositing mobile twice. The first excuse for was I signed it in pencil. 2nd excuse is it was manipulated. Now they say I have to wait till Oct 30 for the investigation to close. But can’t tell me their solution for when the merchant say we tried paying twice with deposit then we sent a check. I’ve got hung up 3 times today by this company. I will be reaching out to BBB
Do not deal with these people they do not protect their customers. I had an illegal gaming site, get into my account and charge several hundred dollars borrow, decided to rule with the illegal gaming site and take an old lady on Social Security money, because they did not want to have to pay it apathetic is that I chose them because I thought it was easier than try to get it to the bank and everything was online. That was a stupid move on my part.
