Worst bank ever. I have been trying for over a MONTH to make a deposit and still cannot get it done because they have put a limit on my accounts. The limit is lower than my monthly autopay for my mortgage. Try the logic on that one! In addition, they have improperly calculated my escrow after failing to pay my homeowners insurance even after being told TWICE it was wrong. It is as if they are trying hard to fail at every turn.

Everything was great and I would have highly recommended prior to the acquisition of Sterling Bank. The platform changeover has been a complete disaster! I have not had access to my accounts for 7 full days. Can't do payroll, can't pay bills, employees, contractors, can't do anything. They are holding us and our small businesses hostage. I have spent more than 12 hours on hold and spoken with 13 different people who did nothing but pass the buck to someone else, transferring me without even telling me so that I could wait another hour and then "verify" myself all over again...and again....and again. Disgusted! I can't even close out my accounts since I have no idea what has cleared and what hasn't, so we are stuck, as are our businesses, which is how we earn our living!
