The company sucks! Can't contact anyone at the corporate office! Internet is constanly down, dropped cable for that same reason! When calling customer service i get pushed to a foreign country wher the person is hard to understand and the is a lag in voice communication. Most reps also struggles to comprehend what you are communicating to them! You also often get disconnected once you finally get them on the phone!
They are the worst service and company ive ever dealt with! Unfortunately the are the only choice in my area! Had to rate before moving forward, needed "0" as an option but that choice isn't available!!!!

POOR customer service. I would NEVER recommend anyone to have WOW service in their business or home. The amount of time I have spent on the phone with customer service to get my money refunded to me is ridiculous. For three month I have been dealing with getting refund after I moved and shut services off to once again be told it could take another 4-6 weeks. I would highly recommend another cable/internet service before ever doing business with them again. Their team of supposedly supervisor/mangers are unable to help at all. OVER 8 hours of phone calls to still get nothing resolved.

Think its pretty messed up when you are not told there is a service charge for a tech to come to your home. I could understand if it was something that was not my fault but a act of God Lightening hitting my modem. Really?? We have no local office to exchange or go into for anything. $64.00 dollars

The internet service has been very good. The CHAT service has some of the worst English speaking people ever!! Also, did not like the change over to charging for DATA usage. When I got internet several years ago, I had unlimited internet for a good price. WOW sent out letters 2 years ago asking people to switch to tv services online, which we did and have PHILO. Service has been good. We have 2 tvs, 2 computers, and a tablet. Since we are retired, we watch a lot of tv and my wife streams a lot of shows on her computer. If I could get another cable internet service, I would change. However, we only have WOWWAY.

WOW HAS ACCUSED ME OF NOT RECEIVING A MONTHLY PAYMENT FOR FEBRUARY 11, 2022. I HAVE BEEN A WOW CUSTOMER SINCE 2019 AND IT HAS NOT BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I HAVE MY BANK AUTOMATICALLY PAY WOW ON THE FIRST DAY OF MY BILLING CYCLE DATE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT RECEIVE ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFERS. SO THE BANK OF AMERICA MUST SEND THEM A CHECK EACH MONTH TO A BANK IN ILLINOIS. ORIGINALLY I HAD A ACCOUNT NUMBER ASSIGNED WHEN I SIGNED ON TO WOW BUT SOME TIME IN MARCH OF 2021 THEY ASSIGNED NEW ACCOUNT NUMBERS WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL OR LETTER. SO THE BANK HAS BEEN SENDING THE CHECKS TO THE ORIGINAL ACCOUNT NUMBER AND THEY HAVE APPARENTLY BEEN ABLE TO CROSS REFERENCE TO MY NEW ONE. BUT THIS FEB. 11, 2022 CHECK WAS RECEIVED AND DEPOSITED IN THE BANK AND THE BANK OF AMERICA CONTACTED WOW AND REQUESTED A COPY OF THE CANCELLED CHECK WHICH WOW HAD BUT DID NOT CREDIT IT TO MY ACCOUNT AS OF YET. THEY SENT A COPY TO TO THE BANK OF AMERICA AND THE BANK HAS A FILE OPEN ON THIS. THE WOW CONTACT PERSON A JORDAN (PROBABLY FICTITIOUS) TOLD THE BANK OF AMERICA IT WOULD TAKE 5-7 DAYS TO CORRECT. THAT WAS MARCH 29, 2022. I ALSO RECEIVED A COPY OF THE CANCELLED CHECK. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM BUT ALL I GET IS THE PHILIPPINES OR NIGERIA. FINALLY I GOT A U.S. PERSON I THINK IN THE WEST COAST, WHO GAVE ME AN EMAIL AND FAX NUMBER TO SEND ALL THE CORRESPONDENCE (8 PAGES) TO THEM AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FAX THEM ALL DAY YESTERDAY AND SO FAR 5 HOURS TODAY AND ALL I GET IS BUSY BUT IT KEEPS TRYING TO SEND THE FAX UNTIL I GET A PRINT OUT SAYING 0 FAXES SENT. MY FAX MACHINE IS HIGH GRADE WITH A MULTI COPY BIN AS WELL AS SENDING A SINGLE COPY. CALLING WOW HEADQUARTERS IN COLORADO, IF IT EXISTS, IS TO NO AVAIL. WOULD SOMEONE WHO CARES AND ONCE ME TO REMAIN A CUSTOMER AFTER OVER
3 1/2 YEARS CALL ME. I HATE TO GIVE PRIVATE INFORMATION BUT I WILL GIVE YOU ONLY THE FOLLOWING :
