I bought a Xerox scanner. The scanner works great, but I expected that because that is something I could evaluate based on information online prior to purchase. Yes, it does what I need and it is relatively small and lightweight, which is nice. The reason for my review is their customer service. I called customer service for their help in installing the software and to help me set something up to do a special scan (alternating between the flatbed and auto-feeder and saving the scan as a single file when I'm done with each set of docs). I later called again about something else. Their support staff were so helpful and it was so easy to reach a live person. Thank you Xerox! I wish every company's customer service staff were so helpful and easy to work with.
