My review reflects my displeasure with recent events with Zulily.
In the past, I would have given them a 5 star review. I've really enjoyed Zulily over the years. I've received great discounts on quality products, which I've counted on for gift giving. They also offered Smart Pay, where purchases were split between two payments a month apart. Super helpful at the holidays and when your budget didn't fully allow for a needed, necessary product. Sadly, they have eliminated Smart Pay. I was told by a customer service rep that they will be replacing it with Shop Pay, but do not have a launch date. I'm glad they aren't fully eliminating this option, however, what poor timing and the lack of communication with their loyal customers is incredibly disappointing. Even more disheartening is that when I asked the customer service rep to pass on my disappointment with their timing, I was directed to Google reviews. It certainly doesn't make me feel valued as a customer.
