Terrible Terrible Terrible!
I am in the communication business that is nonprofit I was given a government phone because I'm on social security and disabled and this phone is horrible the phone is an ack2326 this phone is horrible it gets no reception it drops calls at least a dozen times a day it overloads and crashes at least a dozen times a day and this is very disrespectful to me and the people that I serve I get nowhere with customer service they want me to pay the shipping for a phone that is under warranty I am beside myself in AWE at this point in time I'm hoping an optimistic that I will get square with you guys or insurance wireless for that matter to be more politically correct but I do not recommend this service at this time assurance wireless is very lacking in customer service and equipment is terrible What good is 4G when you can't even get the reception anyone have any comments hit me up on Facebook or my email cjohnson1827@gmail.com if there's anybody else that are having the same problems well let's do something about it I'm down good day to you all and another thing that I'm a little sensitive about is you're making me give you a rating I can't even submit my thing unless I give you at least a one and I don't believe you deserve that
