The supervisor I spoke to was talking over me more than half the time of our conversation. I called them to resolve an issue with my billing statement, but she was more interested to listen to herself.

It seems like she had a bigger issue to resolve than the one I called them for. This institution doesn't have a physical location, and this is the quality of their customer support.

WORSE card ever!! These people decided to decrease my credit after a year, even though my bill was paid in full. I paid them every month on time except one payment I missed, just one and 6 months later they decreased my amount from $600 to $180. My bill was entirely paid. When I called to find out why they said because I missed a payment last year they decided to lower my credit limit and also I hadn’t given them a recent income verification. Care credit is the NAZI of credit cards. They need to change their name to Gestapo Credit.

They closed my account without telling me this was so uncalled for and they said I missed payments when I had autopay every month I’m so disappointed in this company I wanna talk to the headquarters who makes these decisions to close someone account with no fault

I've had CareCredit for a while, at least a few years, and my credit has been pretty good. So good that prime lenders are sending me offers. I asked CareCredit if they can please upgrade my card with them to a visa/MC so that I can use it to pay for my cats Banfield Wellness plan with it. They said no, that there were no promotions available for that at this time. Why does it need to be a promotion?? If a person has proper credit, you upgrade them, its as simple as that. OH, AND, you cannot pay for the Wellness plan with just the default card they have unless you pay it all at once. The website does not accept it. And you can't just swipe the card either. Banfield has to do weird stuff to take the payment. I don't understand why this is so hard. What year are we in that this is so backwards?

I have excellent credit. I found out that Care Credit downgraded my credit limit from $6,000 to $1,024 because I haven't used the card in 2 years. This not only has a negative effect on my credit score, but its infuriating. Why not email me that you will take this action if I don't use the card? Call me. Whatever. I've never had a card do this and I'm not a happy camper. And when the customer service rep kept saying she was sorry and then ended the call "we appreciate your business".....I replied, "no, obviously the company doesn't."

I have never experienced anything like this before. What a bad experience!!! I made my payment early in month if April after years of perfect record. Because my payment was made early i was penalized and made to look like I missed my April payment. Now my perfect payment record loiks marred because i had the audacity to payva couple of days early. The sad part is NO ONE will fix it. And i was treated condescendingly and forced to make a double payment in May. Corporate beurocratic BS. And an end to my perfect payment record on credit report.

When I called the account office about my bill for Pebbles II requested that she give me the exact amount that I need ti pay in order to have my bill paid off before the interest would be activated . I asked for the amount because I wI believe I have been mistreated and I want to receive a check of that interestanted the balance paid during the time the promotion required.
I am 79 years old but I know what I was told and you should be able to find her commitment to me on your recording when the original charge was made to you. This $70 plus interest is nothing to you.

Today I spent several hours signing up for care credit so that I can get the surgery required for my dog. I was given approval to apply and after I applied I was given a reference number. I called the number I was told to call after I was given the reference number. So I called and I was given another number to call 1-800-677-0718 to call. When I called that number I was given another number 1-877-794-8400. At this number I was told I had to go to verify.safe.com which I did. I followed the directions I was given from verify and then everything went wrong. My phone was unable to capture an acceptable photo of my Florida drivers license. You see I had to renew my drivers license this year and the new drivers license has several holograms on the front and on the back

When I did the last phase on the verify site I spent hours calling care credit because I only had 3 attempts to get the photos. They kept having to reopen the photo part because I kept getting locked out. After almost 4 hours and many attempts without any help and being told that there is no other way to load the photos and being treated with arrogance by the final representative I have cancelled my application. I am also going to tell my veterinarian about my dissatisfaction ,with your company, and post it on social media.

All I kept being told by representatives. From your company is to get a friend or family member to help me with the photos of my drivers license

That is easier said than done you see I do not have any family except my 80 yr old husband who suffers with Alzheimer’s and I am his caregiver. I am 71 yrs old And all I want to do is get my dog the surgery he needs. My vet gave me a list of the costs which comes to $931 for my dogs treatment and surgery. I just wanted to be able to pay this off because my vet will not take partial payments.

I’ve had other pets who I used care credit for in the past and I always found carecredit to be a caring company. I guess that was when you didn’t have a lot of business. Today your company made be feel like no one cared. My dog Gizmo is a Maltese he just turned 6 years old on July 7 and he is an emotional support animal for my husband. My husbands needs Gizmo for company and support I just can’t let anything happy to that little guy who provides so much comfort to my husband
