Absolutely RUDE and or NO customer service. I've been trying to get to talk to a real person and get the runaround. what about? I believe that I've been double charged and or possibly some game to get more money out of me that I really don't owe in the first place. Maby this will get some attention
Worse customer service and harassed by employees. We are turning our own power back on without national grid employees due to not showing up. Hopefully we do t get electrocuted
