My laptop is HP, but I have a Brother printer. I have had no problems until recently. Now when I try to print I am unable to do so because HP ePrint forces me to choose HP ePrint +Jet Advantage from my list of printers and I cannot choose my Brother printer. It should be illegal to force customers to use only HP printers. I will need to try to contact the office of California’s Attorney General to report this process of holding customers hostage by blocking the ability to print!
HP Envy 6455e all in one printer- keeps disconnecting from the IP address or internet. When I try to fix on the computer it says disconnected but there is no link to use to start process of re connecting, After an hour, I called tech support at hp. It took her 45 minutes.. Very unhappy...
