If I could give this company no stars I would . You call customer service to find out where a package is and they are all overseas. you ask to be sent to someone in the us and they refuse to do so. They try to tell you they are not allowed to transfer the call. When you ask for their real name they try to tell you the fake name they gave you is their real one. You cannot file a complaint with anyone but them. Fedex has made things ridiculously difficult to get your package as someone in a call center in another country cannot tell you anything about why your package has not been delivered and can only put in a ticket to see if it can be traced. These overseas call centers are supposed to transfer you to someone in the US if you request it and this one refuses to do so. Stay far away from FedEx. Use other carriers

The WORST service!! I was told they only make 3 attempts then the order goes back to the Fed Ex facility before going back to the originator. They made SEVEN attempts. Their phone menu SUCKS....When you finally get to speak to a human, you can tell their robotic and reading from a script...NO customer care what so ever!

THE worst customer service EVER!! I am a Spectrum employee and I went to the Spectrum store on La Tiera last week to purchase a new phone. The phone is being shipped via Fed Ex and I’ve been having nothing but issues with the delivery as it requires my signature and my signature only according to each rep I spoke with at Fed Ex. I knew I wouldn’t be home for the delivery, so I was told by Fed Ex last Wed that they would have to make 1 attempt before I could request a new shipping address or have it stay at the Fed Ex facility in Hawthorne where I could pick it up. I’ve talked to 9 people at Fed Ex, each has told me that they would mark my order to hold at the Facility and it keeps ending up on the truck and they keep making attempts to deliver. I was told they make attempts for 3 days, but yesterday was the 5th day that they kept making attempts.
I’m getting the run around because when I go onto the Fed Ex site, it tells me after 3 attempts it will stay at the Fed Ex location, then it says the message below.

FedEx: Unfortunately, this shipment is not eligible to be held at a FedEx location because the shipper has requested that this shipment be delivered to the address of the recipient.
Also….this makes no sense… I just tracked it again. Says they made a final attempt Monday and that I can pick it up at the Fed Ex facility, but then it says it’ll make another attempt today.

About an hour later, I had a missed voicemail, from an actual human at Fed Ex informing me that they’ve made their final attempt today, (Yesterday) and that I could pick up the phone up until tomorrow at 8:30pm. This morning on my way in, I received another text from Fed Ex that my package will arrive today between 11:20am and 3:20pm.

This has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I highly suggest that you allow customers the ability to speak with a Supervisor as I was told I was not able to. Each person I spoke with sounded like they were reading from a script. I must have heard “Rest Assure” 6 times from each rep I spoke with.
Horrible communication!

I write to express my sincere disgust with the poor service delivery and inept customer service I have experienced from Fedex over the last week. A package was sent to me from China on December 02, 2021 and I received a note on December 9 that an attempt was made to deliver the pkg but nobody was at home and another attempt will be made. I immediately went on the Fedex website and into delivery manager and indicated that the package be left at the front door as due to work commitment no one is at home during the days, furthermore telephone calls were made to customer service and the agent confirmed that the driver had been instructed to leave the package at the front door,; Notwithstanding all this, on 2 more occasions, the driver returned to deliver the pkg and again left a note a similar note on each occasion. This is unacceptable, noting that on each of these occasions after receiving the note and upon calling the customer service number, I was assured that the driver was instructed to leave the package at the front door. Yesterday, I came home to see another note stating that a final delivery attempt was made, STILL NO PACKAGE!! This is after being assured again earlier today that the package would be left at the front door, and that the driver was notified twice in this regard. I am now being told that I need to make arrangements to pick up the package at a Fedex location or the package will be sent back to China, what kind of madness is this?? Is it that fedex has such an abundance of resources that a driver makes several trips to place with a package, with instructions to leave same at the front door and chooses not to?

Your driver has failed to provide the service of delivering the package and on top of this, your customer service department also failed because the problem has not been resolved after several telephone calls.
