Every time you get used to the ab Fitbit changed it n you can’t follow what you have to. I used it for dr track the the and help n they don’t know anything very upsetting bottom line Fitbit sucks
Fitbit has had my versa 2 for 2 wks. I have got nothing but the run around. Google is destroying Fitbit. I have talked to 8 advocates and have gotten no where. Why is it that the only advocates are in foreign countries? What a disgrace.

6 months I have verse4 7 days straight call for help don’t count have my steps n don’t show on my phone I did 250 steps a hour but on watch does no one can help I was told by 1person to buy a new watch they ain’t cheap single mom must keep track for medical problems n weight lose very upset
These guys just deleted my last post regarding the hazardous recall watch that has the potential to cause catastrophic burns. They wanted me to pay $5 to join a secure chat!!!!!! What is going on!!!!!!!! This is insane.
Refused to refund for services I didn't order, want, or use. How is that possible in the US!
I have been trying to file a complaint about service but I can't get anywhere. Customer service is horrible!!!!!
My watch is one under recall and i recieved a letter stating it was after returning it per there direction and that my refund woud be in 10 days. Its now been 6 months and many calls between a third party and Fitbit customer service and i am now being told i will not get a refund yet they have my watch which is a recalled item. No help and seems as if they don't care either. Emailed management within the company and as of today no response.
I'm on my 3rd Fitbit Versa2 watch and still can not sync to my i-phone. I've already spend numerous phone calls and hours on the phone with the Fitbit support team. All I'm asking is a full refund. FITBIT IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!! I would give Fitbit no STARS if I could
