If I could give this a zero I would. Placed and order for flooring and was told 10 business days. On DAY 10 I called the store In Moreno Valley, Ca store 222 to inquire about my order #SB02205599902048 only to be told that that my order was CANCELLED!!!!! After being on hold for over 30 minutes my wife called and got ahold of someone and demanded a manager be put on the phone to talk to me. A man by the name of Jesus stated he was the manager. Not only did they have some other phone number, the manager proceeded to tell me I lived in UTAH. I am a contractor and I need this flooring for a job. I have waited two weeks for this flooring with ZERO communication from anyone. This is the WORST customer service I have encountered and simply unacceptable. I live in Southern California about 20 minutes from the store where I ordered this from. I was told that I need to come back in to the store to reorder. The "manager" also did not want to give me cooperates number. How do you even operate by cancelling orders without notification? If I order from you again, I now have to wait another two weeks. I demand a call back from corporate. Not having record of my order, then being told I live in another state, being told it was cancelled, to being on hold for 30 minutes is NOT customer service. The fact that my wife had to call on another line to get someone to even get on the phone with me is terrible. Your store manager at store 222 would not even give me his last name. I demand a call back from corporate as I would like to file a complaint. My number is 808-639-2780. It is really quite ridiculous that this is how I have to handle this since the cooperate office was closed.

I wish I could give it a zero I went to the store today in Reynoldsburg Ohio to return Extra flooring that I do not need any more. I parked my car . I pulled out a heavy box of flooring as I was doing so there were two people at the door I did not think these two people were employees because they were just standing there talking there was a young lady dressed in a red top and a gentleman dressed in a black and gold top with glasses. Once I got to the door after I was having trouble dragging the boxes they asked me if I needed any help. I said oh you are employees you saw me pull up you saw me drag out an entire box of flooring you saw me struggling, and now you want to ask me if I need help . The employees response to me was “oh we did not see you.” Which was a complete lie because Stevie Wonder could see me. When I challenged the employees about that statement they said to me “we were not paying attention.” When I finally got into the store I asked for a manager a person name Chaz came to the front. I told him about the encounter that I had with the two employees who were standing there and watch me come across the parking lot struggling with a box of flooring. Chaz whom I assume was the manager did not have anything to say. I asked for a store manager, an operations manager, anybody that is higher up no one was there. The two employees names that were just standing there talking enjoying themselves on the clock and watching me struggle with a box of flooring their names are Dallas and Michael at floor and decor in Reynoldsburg Ohio. I tried to get a hold of the operations manager Jacklyn. I called the number I asked for Jacqueline‘s extension at 2004 and no one and I mean no one could send me to her extension to leave a voicemail about my experience . The employees kept transferring me and kept me on hold for over 20 minutes because no one knew how to use the phone system to call an extension. I asked who is the supervisor of Jacklyn they did not know I ask who and or how do I get in charge of the president of Floor and decor and no one knew anything . The management and the employees at the floor and decor in Reynoldsburg Ohio are horrible I would love to know the email to the corporate president or a corporate supervisor because this was inexcusable. So I’m just warning everybody when you go in there don’t expect anyone to help you because they don’t know anything they’re just a bunch of zombies standing there talking to each other on the clock and they can’t help you with a thing.
