I waited for 18 minutes to get a customer service reproduced answer then he continued to interrupt me and told me that I was the only customer who had a problem with the recliner I purchased. Even though they delivered two broken chairs in a row. Extremely poor customer service! They don’t want to hear your problems and give you relief.
Earing stones started falling out after 30 day return.policy. They should not be falling out at all. Cheaply made. Customer service refuses to do anything at all. Bad business. High priced. Buyer beware.

As a regular customer of Boscov’s I have been disappointed every year when I cannot find one item for Hannukah. It is more upsetting knowing that Mr. Boscov was a Holocaust survivor. All the more reason to display both XMas and items for Hannukah!
I just want to offer a complaint. I am a veteran and I do get my veterans discount at your store. My complaint is I can never take advantage of any of the coupons I get from you because you say it's double dipping. So that really means I'm not really getting anything special when the general public is getting the same discount as I am. It would be nice if I could also take advantage of all the %off coupons I receive along with my military discount.
