Ralph’s in Burbank on victory is the worst. They never have enough people working the counter to get lunch meat. I went there at 6pm to get cooked chicken and lunch meat and that section was closed once again to no workers. What is wrong with them to have it closed at dinner time and after work. Definitely need to shop somewhere else even if it’s 2 blocks from my house. Shame on them

I have been a loyalty customer of my local, Ventura Ralphs on So Victoria. My favorite dept managers have been removed and sent to other stores (and they had no idea why). Prices have gone up, more so than other markets) but the recent renovations are so totally ridiculous. The Staff walks around with worthless maps, and they still can’t help the customers find products.
But you sit in your Corporate offices, and they have to face the unhappy customers. And they acknowledge the fact that the prices are outrageous! They can do NOTHING, but listen and shrug their shoulders… You are the ones who should be facing the customers.
Well, Im done. And Im not alone! After posting my displeasure on Nextdoor, last night, more than 35 people have responded that they have left as well! (Two said they were standing with you. Good for them.)
But Im done! I will drive further, and still save money!
You may not give a rip on my opinion, or the others either… But you MAY eventually care about the drop in your receipts!
Should you be interested, Im enclosing my
Sincerely phone number.

Ralphs in westwood has deteriated from a high quality store to something you might find in a ghetto produce quality is very poor overipe and rotten produce being offered to customers outdated shelf items are not removed on a regular basis
Understaffed and current staff is rude untrained and management refuses to answer their calls today I tried over 10 times where the call was picked up without a greeting and imediately put on hold and never returned to the call
Its too bad for UCLA westwood and Bel Air residents who are treated so shabbily and without concern for their loyal customers
