i have had HSA for 8 months, and i have needed to call them 2 times so far. 7 months ago for a stove burner igniter that they still have not replaced. and last week for a leaking pool pump, they charge $100 to send out a subcontracted tech. then a week later email me and tell me to call them, on the phone call they tell me the pump wont be covered. any time you call them you get an overseas call center. i am not sure at this point if they are a legitimate company with poor service, or a full on scam. I would avoid HSA in the future. i would leave zero stars but there is a 1 star minimum on google.
