My most significant complaint about your facility at 1068 Cypress Parkway in Poinciana FL is the lack of cleanliness. I've been reporting this for the last few years, and it never changes. Do you not employee a cleaning service? My wife & I have been coming to the LabCorp Patient Service Center for several years now and the unsanitary conditions at your facility never changes. You must have a cleaning service who are paid to clean the facility. Well, they are being paid for doing nothing. The the card reader plates are consistently extremely dirty, resulting in my having to disinfect my cards (thank God I've laminated them) after returning home. Also, none of the other surfaces have been cleaned, ever, and the floors have never been swept or washed. We have been submitting his message for over a year, to no avail, hence this current message to your corporate office.
Terrible,disrespectful treatment by a nurse in the franklin nj office. She seemed to be upset over my viet nam vetern shirt. I could not get her name her co worker said she couldn't give me her name as per corporate rules.meantime they had name tags on. This is the first time I had a problem with lab corp employees not liking veterans. Never saw this woman before. I wonder if she lost any loved ones serving our country.I have and I served
