Sorry I can't give a rating - poor service - I have been working since 15, I am 68 yrs, have been paying into SS all my life, applied for medicare 2019 medicare B 2020 have been paying along with paying benefits at jobs. I dropped my work insurance 12/31/2021 and took on Blue Cross Plus PPO Medicare Advantage - nothing but issues - my premium payment was $79.00 then they told me their going t charge me additional $3.30 because of non creditable drug plan which was not true and they had on record. I was getting credit drug coverage from my job of 24 yrs, it too me 4 sets of documents and numerous phone calls (non reimbursement for time/cost of postage, etc) finally got that straight - now their declining all my medical bills from first of year under advantage plan saying I have another insurance and claims need to be processed thru them, Not true, I have submitted
Grievance , sent all information to Medicare Scranton, Pa and information was included within pharmacy drug issue-my work coverage Anthem BCBS was cancelled thru my work as of 12/31/2021 and new coverage PPO Medicare Advantage BC started 1/1/2022 - regardless I have Medicare and I pay for Medicare B - I should not be denied benefits and my medical bills should be paid/the one charge was for Mammogram/Tech Bill - we are allowed 1 annually - facility is in network - tech in network, more postage/phone calls my time - so I am spending more money - they don't advertise this on TV - people get better trained customer service worker and you should offer a trouble shoot line - when I asked for someone of authority, "there isn't one" - your claims are denied and that's it. I didn't work all this time and pay into the system and denied coverage benefits.
Wally your absolutely right!!!! How many others are getting the same denial and late of - this is how the seniors are treated after paying in.
