ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE not worth the headache. TERRIBLE customer service they tip people off that are needy and low income .. paid for a phone and they sent to wrong address and then expected me to wait for them to figure out and get phone back after they locate it .. not my fault they sent wrong place and won’t even send another until they fix or find out who did it .. no exceptions or live management to help resolve issues. This is not worth it and always pushing blame on someone else to avoid responsibility for then messing up .. I paid for a bindle package and still no call from management or any resolution.. WORST

Customer service is terrible, very difficult to get a real person and when you do you have trouble understanding them. They might as well not have customer service department

Horrible, absolutely horrible nightmare customer service.
I was contacted last week that my phone service was being disconnected because the birthdate I provided in my application did not match "state records."
Ridiculous!
It is impossible to talk to a live person a Q-Link because of the way the automated phone system works. ---- Since they cancelled my account, I am unable to enter my account information now to get to a live person to try to solve the problem. Q-Link also said that my phone service has been picked up by another LifeLine provider------but I never transferred to another provider-----and they could not tell me what the name of the other provider is. I called Lifeline and they say I have no Lifeline provider currently.
My primary phone for the last 7 years is now completely unusable because I am not able to get the Q-Link account number and port PIN that are needed to transfer my number to a another phone company. WHAT A HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE FROM Q-LINK. I MAY NEED TO SUE THEM SOON IF THEY DON'T RELEASE MY PHONE NUMBER TO MY NEW PHONE COMPANY.
AND ALL THIS ON TOP OF THERIE HORRIBLE CS TRYING TO TELL ME I HAVE 5G SERVICE WHEN I 0NLY HAVE LTE SERVICE. I AM RIGHT NEXT TO A T-MOBILE 5G TOWER.

I often get conflicting information. Spend hours on problem solving myself and with customer service. The bottom line is QLink lured me in with the sales pitch of getting a free smart phone. But you get NOTHING until you go into contract with them. THEN you find out the only phone you can get costs $29. They sell you this phone in December 2020 - January 2021. At that time QLink is completely aware of the 5G upgrade and has been aware of it for at least a year or more. About a year later you try to "upgrade" your phone for 5G with the new sim card QLink has sent you. After Several hours of trouble shooting yourself and even with the help of customer support, you only are told that "your phone cannot be updated to the 5G network. The phone is incompatible." Then you go to the website and pretend you want to bring your own device to QLink, as if a new customer, and key in your IMEI #. You then get a response with a big light green checkmark and says "your device is compatible" Bottom line: BAIT SWITCH/Fraud ("Get a free smartphone. Must contract, then find out "sorry no free phones, but you can buy one!). They knowingly sell you a phone that is not compatible with the new 5G system. They sell you a phone with a lousy 8G of storage, so putting in less than half of my 60 contacts starts to strain the storage capacity. Cannot download a simple shopping app with out dumping almost every other app already on the phone. Maybe not FRAUD, but sure was a nasty, self-serving, profit generating thing to do!!! I wish I could rate them as zero stars!!!

They are dishonest. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and it cost me over $100. For unlimited lifeline service so far. I am still waiting for a phone that works. It's going on 2 mo.

I was offered a new phone, sim card, and tablet on March 21st . My order was confirmed on March 27th. It is now July 20th and I have received nothing. I have sent emails with no responses and I have called once a month until now in July. I have called twice this month because my old phone will be cut off this month. I was promised a new phone with updated sim card and tablet 5 months ago. Every time I call I get told to wait ! This is supposed to be a service for people on disability that can't afford regular phone company fees. Because you won't send me what I was promised I'm now going to have no phone, no way of communicating with anyone. And since I have to choose my medication over communication, you made the choice to isolate me. I don't understand why you tell people you offer something that obviously you don't. It's been 5 months !

I ama 8 Year customer of Qlink but the past year has been tryfilling and pathetic and unacceptable I bought a new phone from Qlink 2 months ago and it's broken I've been going around and around with Qlink for 3 weeks I contacted NUU MOBILE manufacturer and has the year warranty all I need is a Copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.qlink won't give it to me that's all I need for NUU MOBILE to start repairing my phone but Qlink won't send it to me the receipt is MY PERSONAL PROPERTY I've talked to everyone plus supervisor no help.i filled a for a formal COMPLAINT WITH the FCC' no help I'm going to call " ACLU" and get a civil rights lawyer free.all Qlink has to do is send me my copy of the receipt, purchase order that's all I don't understand why what would that hurt sending me MY personal private property and they say they have customer service I laughed at the statement who ever reads this Do Not get Qlink wireless and I will post this every where I can and tell everyone
