Horrible customer service, they have refused to connect me with a supervisor of any kind. No 2 people at this company have the same info concerning my account. I have received 4 different excuses concerning my one issue. I'm still currently trying to contact a higher up or CEO of the company. I'm furious!!!!
I would not recommend, they say free they r not.Used it according to the rules and every month they shit off phone,even bought minutes, they shut off phones.My mother and i both live alone with issues,can never use it when need to,it jeeps getting shut off,we also apply for lifeline every month .Im calling bbb and a lawyer for false advertising

I sent my old phone back 15 days a go and they lost it. I have the UPS tracking number scanned in to safe Link Warehouse on January 5th of 2023 and they cannot find my phone and refuse to ship me a replacement.
Just to let you know that you all are awful! I filled out an application on Nov. 3rd and filled out to receive your service and a free phone! I have called and called and no one said I was not going to receive a phone, until tonight! The others said phones were on back order and I would get a new phone. It has been over a month and to keep getting the run around is not very good customer service! They said I qualified for your service that I had to provide my own phone! I HAVE NO PHONE!!!!! I am so upset that I have waited for over a month and just now being told I will not be getting a phone! You all could have saved me time when I called the first time about when my phone would arrive! I am very sorry I signed up with you all. And by the way today is 12-15-22. From Nov 3rd to Dec 15th, this is how long I've been waiting!
