Customer service is the worst. Have reps that have very heavy accents that are very hard to understand and I don’t think they understand what I am telling them. 2 weeks dealing with a dead tv. An attempt to repair it failed yesterday. Tech called them to let them know. And you know what they want more pictures. Bet they have over 20 pictures. You would think that after th we tech let them know that it couldn’t be fixed they could make a decision to replace the tv or refund what I paid for it. But no it now they wanted more pictures and it will be 2 days to decide. They need people that can make a common sense decision. The rep I just spoke to told me that they are being cautious because of fraud. The tech told them himself it couldn’t be fixed. How tough is that for them to refund the tv. Just tired of the runaround
