I bought two new phones (an iPhone 14 Pro and an iPhone 14) and two new lines about two months ago after negotiating a deal with trade-ins. Every month, the total bill should be 121.62. The selling agent (Alma) provided the best market offer. I spoke with her for several hours to ensure that my monthly payment would be the same every month and that there would be no hidden fees. I even informed her that she was being taped. She replied, "No problem." The first bill I received was 101, and I inquired as to why it was 101 rather than 121. Then, a few days later, I called and spoke with a supervisor (Pastera Charlotte), who apologized for providing incorrect information to the selling agent. And informed me on the phone and in an email that my bill would be 121 every month (attached screenshot email at the bottom). Now the second month bill came up to 153. When I called T-Mobile, every agent I spoke with circled my questions instead of answering them. They hung up the phone when they were corned. So I now have a 24-month contract and will not pay anything more than the original deal. T-Mobile has the option to terminate the contract. It is no longer my problem. T-Mobile is a sham company that uses false information and advertising to trick people into signing contracts.

I have been a Sprint customer since 2016 my phone went down over 2 weeks ago and I've yet to receive one I've called every day I've called T-Mobile who is the owner of Sprint and when you buy a company and you buy their problems as well well the customer service is very poor they keep telling me 3 to 5 days I still don't have a phone about 15 days later nothing try to run a business with this phone number and now I'm losing thousands of dollars every day customer service is horrible
