I bought some parts for my Honda Ridgeline. When they arrived I took them out the box Bc they was gonna b installed on my truck. Well I had an appointment at the mechanic shop but b a few days before I was to take it it rained for 2 days straight and flooded my whole road and driveway and front yard. Which is where my truck was. The water flooded my truck and carried it down the road alittle. Needless to say the insurance company totaled it. So I didn’t need the parts anymore. I repackaged the parts and paid for them to be shipped back. A week or so later I get a email saying they can’t give me a refund Bc the parts wasn’t in their original box. I emailed back explaining what had happened and they still said no refund and if I wanted my parts back I’d have to pay 20.48 for shipping. Which would make the 3 rd time I would have to pay for shipping for the same parts. The box they came in was just a regular cardboard box. No special symbols on it or nothing. Just a regular cardboard box. By the time I would pay for shipping this time I will have paid for the part all over again in just shipping cost. They are reducing to send me back my parts without me paying again. This is ridiculous and bad business. I want my money back for the parts or my parts back now. I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years and for 2 of those years I bought. Apart from yu atleast once every other week. This is an awful way to treat ur customers. Shame on yu!! I will complain on every social media , yelp and everywhere else I can think of. Like the better business bureau. I promise yu that.
